Deposits are non refundable, however, with at least 48 hours notice,
deposits can be transferred to a rescheduled date,
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment or failure to attend will result in the deposit being forfeited,
as it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your appointment
we will first aim to reschedule, if rescheduling is not possible than your deposit will be fully refunded.
